Four Market Vendors have been confirmed dead and 32 people are nursing serious Injuries after being involved in a fatal accident along Walter-Opwonya road in Bar-dege Layibi division in Gulu City.
The accident occurred around 9:30 pm when a Fuso Truck, registration number UBF 743 B lost Control and knocked a fence along the road plunging the Traders into a fatal accident. Police and other emergency Vehicle responded to the scene and rescued some of the people and rushed them to Gulu Regional referral Hospital
